Here are some examples of emails which you may receive from Amazon, if you do receive an email of this nature it's very important that you fully understand what Amazon are looking for in your appeal letter and action plan. Do not underestimate the importance of getting it right and sent to Amazon in a timely manner.

Thank you for responding to our request for information. However, we still need more information regarding your plan of action for inauthentic complaints before we can reinstate your selling privileges.

This email can be frustrating as you will probably have thought that you have already addressed their concerns in the appeal letter. At this stage you are probably in the circle of automated responses or are about to enter the circle. This is extremely frustrating.

"Your Amazon.com selling privileges have been removed"

You now need to be very careful on how you approach this. You are probably at the end of the process and have limited options. Get in touch now if you have this email.

We may not respond to further emails about this issue.

What happens next

We regret we are unable to provide further information on this situation. Further correspondence regarding the closure of your selling account may not be answered.
       
The removal of your selling privileges may also have an impact on your Selling on Amazon payment account.
